KaBLING was built by the team behind Evolve-HR Strategies, a talent consulting firm that has supported industrial organizations through data driven approaches to compensation, leadership development, and organizational design.
Through Evolve-HR Strategies, the founders repeatedly witnessed HR and compensation leaders being asked for timely, defensible pay answers, but the available tools relied on generic titles, static surveys, and assumptions that did not hold up in industrial environments.
They also experienced these challenges themselves.
KaBLING was created to close that gap. It applies the same role-based analysis, operational context, and professional judgment the creators use in advisory work, supported by AI to scale pattern recognition and speed. The result is total rewards intelligence designed for industrial roles, real operating conditions, and decisions that need to stand up to scrutiny.
